By downloading, installing, or using CoinCompass Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

CoinCompass Hub is a social cryptocurrency trading terminal that provides live market data, charting tools, AI analysis, social rooms, and creator monetization features. The app is provided as-is during the beta period.

Not Financial Advice

All content on CoinCompass Hub — including coin calls, AI analysis, market data, and creator content — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Always do your own research. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and carries significant risk.

User Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use paid features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Creator Rooms & Payments

• Creators may charge subscribers for access to paid rooms
• CoinCompass Hub charges a 10% platform fee on all creator earnings
• Payouts are processed via Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions are managed and cancelled by subscribers in-app

Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or manipulative trading information
• Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Attempting to manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Violating any applicable law or regulation

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

CoinCompass Hub is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform or acting on any information provided within it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
